NYFF64 GOES CITYWIDE

Tickets are now on sale

Tickets for the 64th New York Film Festival are now on sale, with selected programming extending across all five boroughs.

NYFF64 runs September 25 through October 12. Locations include Film at Lincoln Center, BAM, Museum of the Moving Image, Alamo Drafthouse Staten Island and AMC Bay Plaza in the Bronx.

Access still has a price

Main Slate tickets are listed at $35 for the general public. Currents, Revivals and Talks are $22, while select $15 rush tickets may become available. Free talks are first-come, first-served.

Citywide programming matters, but borough access should also be measured by affordability, transit and availability.

Independent-filmmaker lesson

Filmmakers should attend with a purpose: study programming, presentation, audience development and how professional festival materials describe each film.
